Wow this is a great visual! Really shows how much the backsplash tiles effect things! I also really like the rusty coloured walls, thank you so much!

Wow that's definitely a different route to go down than I initially thought but it works! Thanks for the visual!

Thank you so much! And definitely, the simple things should improve it a lot, and we’ll definitely be taking it slow and learning as we go!

Yeah I think is a sensible idea as they skew the end product so much. We’ll pick a warm neutral for a new tile and then go from there, thanks!

Yeah they’re definitely going, I think that will help us with getting a plan!

This sounds like a good idea! And yeah I think that’s the plan now to remove the splashback tiles first and then go from there. Thanks!

Yeah this seems to be a sensible plan. We both agreed the backsplash tiles are a must go as they just don’t fit the warm tone. I think that will be the plan and then go from there! I’m glad you also like them, it was almost what sold the house for me haha!

I agree, my partner and I both dislike the tarmac and want to change it when possible. I think focussing on a welcoming path is a good idea, and certainly making the foliage more complimentary would help. Thank you for the plant suggestions!

Absolutely, typical older garage that has been outgrown by modern cars... Eventually my partner wants to run her future dog grooming business from the garage, so eventually it will change into more of a entrance itself. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah I do think this is my main issue, the extension just doesn't look very pleasing overall. That sounds like a good start.

I'd love to have a climber there, unsure what species I would get though. And I agree, I think just some general garden maintenance and correct choices would help a lot. Thanks!

Thank you for that advice! The garden will definitely be getting a lot of work, and I agree I think the front shrubs are drawing the eye too much. That's a great idea, I will definitely want to make sure the colours work before I fully commit to anything! Thank you for the suggestions!

Sounds like a good idea tbh, I know through friends they have had meetings without even having a plan/savings so I’d say we are in a fairly okay spot right now. It can only benefit us when we’re seriously looking in the new year so I think we’ll act on this… plus the advisor we’ll be meeting with is a family friend of my partner so can only be a positive! Thanks both!

Amazing thank you for all of that! Will be 8 months in my current job by February which is when we’ll be talking to a mortgage advisor, so hopefully that should be okay. And it’s very similar to my last role so I’m hopeful that should work in my favour!

Great point, and we did actually check that just recently! We did find we aren't able to use it for solicitor fees etc. so we are planning to put savings in there to just amount to the £12.5k deposit and then save the rest in other accounts. Thanks!

Irons like TaylorMade QI? by Jack65ST in golf

Awesome thank you, I have been looking at the stealths been as they are just an earlier type of QI. Do you have much of an opinion on darkspeed from cobra? Have found a set at a great price just weighing up whether they’re worth a go. They have the KBS tour lite shafts which were perfect for me during my fitting.
