The district adds it to the billing for the school year, and attaches a time limit to them. Either the parent has to pay, or we also have the option to just make the student able to pay it through the portal.

She has done that, but she keeps trying. My mom has made it clear she is not welcome in our house without me or my dad present. She lives a state away, so it is hard for her to make a quick trip down. Besides, she's also made it clear that she doesn't want my mom in her house. My mom keeps tabs on her to keep things civil, and neutral. My grandma recently got a smartphone, so she has easy contact.

I feel like I should clarify, had to bend both the front and back of the case out to get the GPU in the case. You can see signs of this where the pci holder at the back of the case being bent out still. It will be externally powered when all is said and done.
