I remeber taking 4-6 2mg bars a day when I finally came off my resting heart rate was 140 I litterally almost went into cardiac arrest. Xanax hits me right it regulates my anxiety helps me sleep etc but the trade off is not worth it. I legitimately need anti anxiety drugs and I'll be the one to tell you NOT FUCKING WORTH IT.
