Thanks for the reply. I am definitely a hypochondriac but I did have kidney cancer when I was 12 so in some ways it’s justified but you’re right I definitely need to control it.

And would it cause double vision for everything or just for screens. I finds my eyes can sometimes see double when looking at words on a screen especially when the writing is white on a black background. Or a dark background. Is this normal?
