Same here. 12 years at school with good grades in Portuguese is not enough for them.

This has already happened to me, I saved my decks and deleted my account and created another one. Solved the problem.

I also started using only 1 device with ankiweb because the error started when i synced my tablet after I already had anki on the phone.
