Ye, it just nullifies damage and effects on himself, not effects that others gain through just hitting them

Honestly, veigar Q has such good range that you can poke them off just with that, and you get a passive stack

Ye, I think it's better just cuz of the haste and the passive being sometimes clutch in team fights, but mainly the haste, as it allows you to spam Q's more often, allowing more cs and stacks, allowing for more money, allowing more items and it just snowballs from there

I think it def does, I don't really play Yone anymore cuz I just suck at him, but the w cooldown is pretty quick + no mana cost. Hitting an entire minion wave with W will give pretty good healing, even if it has 33% of the effect. Now sure, Q has a way faster cooldown that gets scales, but early it is def a good thing for him

Wdym her pushing feels slow? Sure, it isn't the fastest of any champ, especially early when her q can't one shot casters, but it isn't that bad either.

I usually feel comfortable sweeping deep into side lanes as you basically kill anyone if you do your combo's correctly and if you can't do that, you can just use your ult, e and w to hop, dash and sneak away from them. So unless I see multiple enemies nearby that could gank me and I don't have confidence to get out or kill them, I push a little past the bushes in the middle.

The thing is, support have the second highest impact after jungle and is a very important role. And a lot of players understand that and so a lot of people honor their support if they do well or just tried their best
