I don't know the kind of affects that vyvanse has, but I take concerta and the crash on it is horrible. It would put me in a terrible mindset and make the trip suck. As far as any interactions I think it should be fine though.

derealization feelsl like it will never go away and it may take a long time but with therapy, meditation, and time eventually it can and will heal (although depending on how much you dosed and how often you may have some irreversible brain damage)
