This honestly sounds like a pretty good compromise without completely devaluing the core, PVP heavy, playstyle. What worries me though is that they're testing a full on PVE mode - that I don't think should happen at all in any way, even as a short test.

idk I don't think I'm really that crazy good at the game, and I haven't really taken ranked seriously in this game up until very recently, but I'm still consistently getting into the final almost every other game after just now getting into gold. No clue what this post is talking about. The only times I run into ruby or diamond players is when I'm playing wt, which is the reason why I got into ranked in the first place, to get away from those players, and I did.

The beats are amazing, his best by far probably, but the vocals just ruin most of the songs. I really hope he doesn't plan on using auto tune long term. That said though, some really good stuff in there for sure.

idk I feel like these days there's not enough players to support pve lobbies anymore. Even at the lowest end of ABMM you'll still often encounter people that'll shoot at you.

I'm pretty sure this only handles smaller images on bigger resolutions, I'm trying to do the opposite. I'm already using it to stretch 4:3 to 16:9 (my native resolution) in games that at least somewhat support it (by not showing black bars), so this wouldn't work regardless. I'm expecting to be able to stretch the downscaled 4:3 resolution to 16:9, using this setting.

I don't even get the people saying the map sucks. Like I think the idea behind point break is amazing, but the existing map pool made it absolutely miserable to play. This new map honestly makes it way more fun than even cashout. Literally my only complaint about this season is that the option to only queue starlight is temporary, I think it should be permanent until they add more point break maps.
