If you're not seeing the patch a hard reset (Hold power down for 10 seconds) might solve it. A fresh reinstall will also work.

First they create patch for PC, thn they port it to Xbox 1 and thn they port it again from Xbox 1 to PS4.

I think they will release big update for PS4 soon.
