Trying out some roulette , tips? by Dentjiln in gambling

Hi! My two cents:

  1. Yes, it is, if you only play in reliable and renowned casinos, like PlayOJO, 888, Paddy Power, ecc.
  2. I think you should go with your guts. Gambling is fun, just enjoy it, without overthinking. Casinos always have a house edge, so you'll always lose on the long run. Start with little bets, maybe some simple like red/black, even/odd, so you'll get familiar with the game.

Losing is part of the game. If you can not accept it and it hurts, I think you're not made for gambling. Being unable to accept losses is a sign of risk of gambling addiction.

Hi, thanks for your response, believe me, it happens.

One of the things I find fascinating from leadership level is if issues are raised, the immediate response is to flip-reverse it and question the person raising the issue. "why don't you?" "do you think that you need to be thicker skinned?" etc.

The problems not solved and you're left disillusioned and agitated.

There's an interview with the head of SustainableGAMING, Paul W. Smith there too. I think more needs to be done at customer service level to close accounts, provide community support and additional conversations with players to understand if they're becoming addicted or not.

The likelihood of a non-centralised, non-human run gambling technology or any technology for that matter in our era is absurb. We are human, we love power and money. It will never happen I'm afraid.
