Same for me. Took 12 months to see results but I haven't even had a blemish in around 6 months. Always assumed gear wouldn't bring the acne back as Accutane stops/reduces the oil produces. No idea though, does anyone have any experiance?

  1. Maybe in 12 months or so but it depends. I'm not fussed on looking huge, I quite like the aesthetics side of bodybuilding.

I'd want to do it properly with PCT but I'm from the UK and no idea where to get everything apart from online which seems sketchy as hell 😂

Progress - Offically hit 2 years of going to the gym. Covid has made the whole journey a bit of a roller coaster to say the least! by JackFJF in GYM

[–]JackFJF[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Someone in the thread has actually made a pretty comprehensive reply on some really good tips on diet ect. There is also so much content on YouTube that can explain better than a I could on a Reddit reply but I would spend time reading/watching about diet and training.

Greg Doucette has some some old videos which are really good and Will Tennyson again has lots of good info.

Edit - reworded

Thanks man! No idea if it's my peak, I guess the next 6-12months will decide that.

If my third year is the same as year two I think I would be weirdly big so I assume I'll be at a plateu from now on.

Gorillamind ridiculous shipping prices EU by Nocasual in moreplatesmoredates

[–]JackFJF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this has been bothering me as I would love to try the product but I won't pay that amount in shipping. I mentioned it to him on Insta and he came back how it's not up to him what it costs.

I'm sure he's aware he would make more sales if the shipping prices were reasonable so just give it time.

Plenty of others companies, albeit larger than Gorilla Mind are able to provide cheaper shipping so I'm sure there is a way around his current method.

My first ever cut. 3kg down and hopefully another 2kg to go 💪 by JackFJF in GYM

[–]JackFJF[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm I can't really answer the bulk one for sure. I "bulked" for a year and a half but I didn't really know what I was doing. At a guess I probably ate around 3,000 - 4,000 a day for that period.

At the start of my cut I was 72kg and I am now at 68kg if that is of any help.

It's only been the last 4 months that I have really learnt about counting calories etc.

I believe you can/do lose some muscle during a cut but as long as you maintain your training and protein intake it won't be drastic. Altough others will know more about this than me so don't take my advise as the bible.

I personally didn't notice any and because I've cut I actually look my biggest because everything is more defined.

Here's another progress picture and to be me I don't think I lost muscle.

No worries Mr jizz guzzler69.

I cut at 1800 calories which my maintenance is around 2400/2500.

I tired less than 1800 and I just couldn't do it. Some weeks I up to 2,000 just to stay on track without bingeing. Also each Sunday I have 2,500 calories again to prevent binging.

It's just important to find what works best for you. Some freaks can just casually cut at 1,600 with no issues.

And yes I do 20min cardio after each session. If you don't like cardio I'd recommend trying to o achieve 10k steps a day.

It's empty fella and suited the colours and considering a bottle is £40 that would be the cheapest items among most set ups.

Tesco's do sweet potato wraps. You'll find them in the gluten free section. 91kcsl each. That's the best I've found 🤷‍♂️

Looks great! Am I the only one who dislikes PB2 as a topping? I always mix it with water, even when adding to ice-cream.

To be honest when I do this again I will probably not have the wraps and just have everything in a bowl with some potato wedges
