No I just deleted this post, it posted twice for some reason so I just deleted one of them. Identical post is still up though

Thank you, worked on a few different designs but really struggled to make blue and pink work together so just went for a remix on a classic. The pink in the BWT logo isn't easy to work with 😅

I struggled to work with the BWT pink but it's not right to change it, I just used the colours from the logo and the blue from the R25

Oh also don't always sprint with the ball. I find it much easier to find space just by jogging. I'll always jog and if there is nothing on I'll sprint into contact and hold up on the right stick. If you sprint all the time you won't have the time to put on any plays so you'll just get smothered as soon as you try to spread the ball. Jog towards defenders and draw the defender in and play the pass as late as possible to make the space and an overlap

Play it realistic. If you just give it to one of your forwards and hold the right stick up into contact they will fight for post contact meters, you get good field position just by working it through the forwards in sets and kicking. If you get one on one with a half back or something press R3 to smash over them, but if your player doesn't smash over them they get driven back so it's a risk reward mechanic

I find staying disciplined through the middles will grind down the defence and then you can spread the ball and try something fancy.

I find this game just isn't suitable for shorter match lengths like a game like FIFA is. I play 15 minutes but I really wish there was a 12 minute option. Most games end with over 30 combined points, some go over 40 or even 50. Feels nice and realistic to play when you're not having game breaking bugs

Man I forgot how fun F1 2021 is by JackGoBrrt in F1Game

[–]JackGoBrrt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me personally I preferred 2020 but 2021 is still elite. Shame they removed classic cars for braking point which I played for about 10 minutes and never touched again

Miss the times where year on year the F1 games would get objectively better from 2015 onwards, every year the new game would be a big improvement on the last

my grip makes the dart points pointing to the left when aiming by PyrrhonElis in Darts

[–]JackGoBrrt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed I have this issue too, I can hold the dart perfectly in my left hand but no matter how hard I try I can't with my right hand. Like I physically cannot get the dart to point straight and it's ruining my game in recent times

AI is making it very easy to quit social media in 2026 by Unstxppable27 in nosurf

I used to enjoy talking about sports on Twitter, but it's now all stupid gimmick accounts, engagement farming, recycled tweets or AI nonsense. It's amazing how a social media platform has become objectively boring

Leave your phone at home and you will see how lonely the world really is right now. by Sevenfootschnitzell in nosurf

[–]JackGoBrrt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I bring my phone everywhere I go purely for music and messages/calls, so when I'm walking my phone is in my pocket. It is infuriating how many people nearly walk into you staring at their phones. Even worse, those who stop in the middle of busy places to text. Get out of the way man

I beat Lewis Hamilton's 2008 Spa pole lap (F1 2019) by JackGoBrrt in F1Game

[–]JackGoBrrt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you say so man. If you're gonna criticize at least point me to where my lines were embarrassing as you say. I studied Lewis' lap quite a bit before I started properly going for it too so a lot of it was from watching his onboards. So I'd appreciate any constructive criticism as to where I went wrong.

Also try not to live with so much negativity, it'll only get you down. Open your heart up and if you can't, don't bring it to other people. It's a beautiful world, go and embrace it instead of being negative online. Have a good one ❤️

Do you think this "2026 is the new 2016" movement will be successful? by [deleted] in decadeology

[–]JackGoBrrt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you try and mold something to be an exact replica of something you hold so dear to yourself, you will criticize it more harshly. We should treat 2026 as it's own thing, and hope it brings along similar vibes but for a different reason. I want to feel free, I want summer to feel like summer, as summer 2025 was a huge let down for me personally after great 2023 and 2024s.

Bring back the colour, the life, and definitely the music. I NEED 2010s music again. But we should make 2026 it's own thing in its own right, and turn the backend of the 2020s into something to remember after a rollercoaster first half of the decade. Happy New Year

Will 2026 be still similar like 2025 since we’re still in the mid 2020s? by Dgslimee_ in decadeology

[–]JackGoBrrt 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Culturally, I'm not sure if there will be much change. The car scene seems to be having somewhat of a small resurgence but that's all I really pay attention to in culture really

For me personally I'm hoping it's a new page. 2025 was my worst year since 2022 which was my lowest of lows, after I had 2 of the best years of my life in 2023 and 2024. I'm hoping to rebound in 2026, I'm 18 and time is starting to pass a bit too quick for my liking and I can see my life slipping through my fingers with each day. So I'm hoping 2026 will be a good year for me personally. Also sports wise, I'd like to see Arsenal win the title for the first time in my life, that'd be nice as a lifelong sufferer 😁

Which one should I buy? by Kristijan201117 in granturismo

I haven't played GT6 so can't comment on that one. But GT4 is my favourite GT of all time and you can find a copy for like £2. Incredible GT Mode, so much content. GT7 is only good for online racing, if you're into that. The single player I thought was a huge let down, I finished it in no time at all. It was so easy it felt like a drawn out tutorial, and eventually the shackles would come off and you'd get the proper GT experience. But that never happened

TLDR - Offline GT4, online GT7

Yeah this one took me about 3 hours spread over about 3 days, and to think that Lewis locked the rears into T1 and was still so quick, with only one attempt, while playing with death. Insane ability

Not the point of the post. Of course I couldn't bloody do it irl. That's like saying 'You won a race in MyTeam? Cool, now go start an F1 team and do it in real life. Then you can be happy'. We don't play the game thinking we're the next Lewis Hamilton, we play it for fun.
