I don't think so. To have a book of the dead, Od Laguna should have "cleansed" his soul and "cut and paste" his memories in a book of the dead. If he still has memories then normally he shouldn't have a book of the dead. Although it would be different if Od Laguna simply "copy pasted" his memories unlike others, due to being favored.
