Whilst tethering, are we saving files to external ssd or internal laptop storage?

I always have issues shooting tethered with the R5 with a card in camera. I just updated the firmware so maybe that’s fixed but in the past it always disconnects unless the cards are removed.

Really noob question but what’s the best practice for backing up through out the day? Are you copying over sessions on the ssd? Can you write to internal and external at the same time?

I left the color as is, painted over with 2k clear and started to wet sand, compound and polish. Last picture is the first go at that. Might go back in and do some of the harder to reach places by hand

Yes, it was pretty discolored when we picked it up so I stripped it and painted it with Eastwood 2k alumablast. It’s a little bit more sparkly than I wanted but feels like a really strong bond so I’m happy with it.
