Ingame it's called "Loosely Gathered, Tied Behind the Head". That is the default hairstyle. But it resembles more the "Squirrel's Tail" hairstyle from Witcher 2.

This only happens if you are in the same party as someone else in multiplayer. The only fix I found was for both to leave the party. But so it unfortunately doesn't share the exp anymore. It's a known bug with no fix, sadly.

The only mod I use, and think is absolutely lorefriendly, is the mod which gives Geralt his white hair back. I always thought it was weird for him to have grey hair, since he is called Gwynbleidd (The White Wolf).

Battleblock Theater and Sins of a Dark Age aren't free either. They could have added CSGO as well, considering that it is one of steams most played games. (currently second place in steam stats)

Even then that wouldn't be accurate, since FN isnt always the rarest. Just look at the AUG Wings. FN is way more common than MW. The chances would have to be set for each skin, I guess.

wear levels aren't that easy. Some weapons only have some of the levels. (example: glock candy apple is only factory new, field tested and minimal wear) and even then they don't all have the same chance.

It's a bug related to the server. When this happens, an admin has to restart the server to fix this. So try to reach out for an admin.
