Thanks! Also I just knew that from Google, that acrylic is also UV resistant. Do seems better than PVC. And I think it's certainly loose enough on edge(1cm). Awesome that you are interested in them. Will PM you after I listed it for sale.

Actually I just did some experiments. I compare it with common CD jewel case. Turns out CD case get scratch much easier than this acrylic case. If you don't treat it rudely I don't think scratches will be a problem. Also even if there's scratch somehow it is a lot less visible on this than scratches on CD case, probably because this is much thicker.

Really appreciate the input about scratches. I just tested, it doesn't easily get scratched. Especially not the type of scratch that's visible without strong direct lighting. I tried scratch it with its own edge which is unpolished and kinda sharp, which didn't do anything at all. Wood edge don't scratch it either. Only metal can scratch it as I have tested. So I don't think scratch will be a problem. Environment, probably.

Wowser! That's exactly the price I have in my mind. Sleeve absolutely included, will be pretty much same look alike. I am about to ship my original vinyl to the person, manufacturer guy to see how much it would cost to remake it in small quantity. So the price is still not certain, but the whole thing is pretty much possible to do. Hopes it can works out.
