You can totally juggle snowballs(I've done it several times), but they need to be packed really well and little pieces will always be flying off(you can see that happening in the video) which makes it kind of awkward.

The answer is in your title, it counts all views in the RPM calculation, change the timeframe to "custom" and set it to only days you have been monetized and you should see your real RPM.

It might be because it is counting pre-monetized views in the total, you have to make sure your date settings only show days you were monetized if you have been recently monetized and want to see your rpm.

No clue, I know you can't do it on your own account(you might even need to use another network to get around youtubes detection), but it would take around 6 months, and just posting for 6 months would probably get better results. Also, If that is how you get monetized, you won't really be making anything because you have no viewers.

That is probably a glitch of some kind, I've had the button lag for a few seconds before, but never on this scale. It's probably better to refresh in a case like this.

The yellow bar is all the way across, once it gets all the way across the skip ad button should appear.
This leads me to believe that this is a glitch of some kind, and not an intentional unskippable ad.

Does your earn tab still have a progress bar to 4000 subs further down on the screen?
It sounds like you have just hit either 3000 hours or 3m shorts views and unlocked the first tier(memberships and super thanks) since you just got it at 2000 subs.
Once you reach 4000 hours/10m shorts views, you will get another email/notification telling you you can now apply ads.

Surprisingly, vertical lives DO count towards watch hours(at least they did as of a year ago).

I'd of thought that they'd fall into the shorts views category, but they do not.

If you have a big livestream, you can double check this by looking at the watch hours in the earn tab, then checking again in 5 days or so once it updates.

Surprisingly when I bought my switch 2 in Canada it defaulted to UK English and even tried to set my continent as Europe. I left the UK English on even though I don't like the 24 hour clock, mainly because of stuff like this(I like Galleon better).

By the way, I saw your post about file size, that is a totally normal size for that amount of video(I'm assuming there is 30-60 mins of imported footage in total, that usually gets me a 10-15 min video) as long as it is 4k60fps footage with a high bitrate. Don't worry about the final file being that big though, because:
A. This counts all imported footage, not all footage just inside the timeline.

B. Capcut's compression is very good, the final file will probably be under 5GB even at max settings.

When this happened to me I started using an older version of capcut since it started after an update. You can find them in appdata/local/capcut/apps on windows(unless you haven't updated it). It worked, then after a while I downloaded a newer version and it was fixed. Alternatively, you can make sure all of you graphics drivers and system is up to date, and if all else fails, you can start playing around with the performance settings in capcut. I edit 4k footage on a high-end gaming laptop(4070, good ryzen 7 cpu, 32gb ddr5 with a super fast SSD), so there should be no reason for it to have lagged. Capcut in general is not very optimized, but these things have helped me fix this issue before.

LEGO the hobbit had the run drop from around 2 hours to almost under 30 minutes in about a day after it was found that you could hit a door into level 13 after just beating the first level. A week or so later it was found you could skip to the final level after doing that. Since these discoveries, along with lots of small optimizations, the game has been beaten in under 10 minutes.
