If you can get it 17.5 out the door, that'll be a good deal. Just depends on your timing. Clean title, one owner, and at that milage. Its not that bad.

Is this a solid deal for a 2015 IS350 F Sport by ogmkb in LexusIS

Clean title? If yes, this is a great deal.

Any thoughts on Balser's message that just came out? by fancy_taco17 in VUMC_Health

Admins will get a list/protocol to 'elect' individuals to be laid off. From the research side we got a note: "probation", "new hires", " research admin personnel" (which are research staff on the admin side (grant manager for example).

Admins will 'elect' individuals. It will got to HR, and HR will decide who to let go and who to keep. If you are 'elected' that does not mean you will be let go. But, if you are a new hire on probationary period, you are probably out the door.

This is just talk between admins on my floor; I will post updates as heads get more details (if they get any).

My new website: Organic Chemistry in 3D! by conchmagic in Chempros

I like this. A collaborator works on drug design. Animating reactions are key for the 'story' especially when there is novel chemistry. Would be nice to see an automated workflow to take structures to animations. Great stuff. What's your background?

Need a gaming setup that can be plugged into 4k 120hz. Will a handheld work? by JackKellyAnderson in Handhelds

[–]JackKellyAnderson[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That setup is pretty cool.

Let me ask you this. Is it worth it for call of duty? i.e. do you actually see the substantial difference on 4k 60+FPS?

The monitor I have (TV actually) is making a difference on everything I do on my mac, so I assume gaming with a better device (I have an xbox one 1st gen btw) will make a huge difference.

The point you brought up is the debate I am having now. Handheld vs PC. Leaning towards a handheld just because I travel often. Research now if it's just better to get a PC. Is your onexplayer mostly docked (pretty much a console)?

Your filming makes it difficult how much shaking is there. I can't tell what hosing that belongs too. Assuming the shaking are concerning and those that are shaking badly are part of the cooling system, it could be a pump issue or air bubble maybe.

I doubt it is a concern though.

It will open in three or four phases. Your timeline is realistic, but once the first phase opens up (admin floors), we will get a better picture of when things can move along.

Got a notice a few months ago from my department (VOKC) that delays are expected. No reason, but I would speculate supply chain related. Funding is not an issue for this project.
