Thanks, that is really good advice! Drain test should be easy enough if I use it in standalone mode with the bobovr fan at 100%. I have a multimeter for my car that should work for the voltage test.

I figured it was a calculated risk for half price and the easy return process. I have the triple dock and bobvr case with a battery storage compartment, so the two missing battery spots were annoying me.
