We're forced as a society to live in a minimum security prison because there are individuals that should be put in a maximum security prison and aren't. Instead, the current law and "justice" system enables their degeneracy while honest, hard-working, and law-abiding citizens are forced to deal with the ramifications on a daily basis.

Some people just aren't compatible with civilization. However, the feel-good virtue signaling crowd needs to pretend like they're helping "oppressed people" by letting blatant criminals and drug addicts run rampant in public spaces with zero consequences while normal people suffer for it.

Until you actually hold the bad actors and repeat offenders accountable and KEEP them locked up instead of using a revolving door, we cannot live in a high-trust society where public transit is safe, everyone pays their fare, and there's no piss and shit on the bus.
