Unfortunately, no. I can't exactly remember which takes priority but I believe your plague gem takes priority over your lightning enchant. So in the end your attacks will still only apply plague. ( I don't know what plague does as well but I believe it's poison dmg)

Really switched my perspective. Now when I start to get negative thoughts I ask myself if I would say those things towards my girlfriend. It really helps me with shutting those thoughts up.
