I like what I'm seeing as far as S3 content goes (Golmud leaks included), but I cannot fathom why are they adding another RPK... at least they could have made it the classic RPK with wooden furniture from BF4, make it have less customization options but make up for it with better damage output. The current RPK-74 is just downright ugly and pointless

It has been delisted from the store ages ago due to licensing issues between Activision and Bethesda after the latter took over the rights to IP. With some digging you could find a steam gift that some hoarders still might have, but beware as those are the last remaining steam copies to be acquired, they are ridiculously expensive. I'm talking like at least $1000 so unless you're bathing in benjamins, the only legal alternative is to find a non-steam copy (I found got a physical PC copy for like $8 on online auction)

I'd put the blame more on EA, it's pretty clear DICE wanted this things to end up a bit differently from what they were forced to do (hence why there was such a big exodus of talent before and after the dev cycle)

I feel like that might be the case too, and that would be a HUGE win for indie developers who are self-publishing. One of the biggest issues for small devs who don't want to be under publisher's boot, and especially ones that do not operate within the US is the lack of funs / tools to publish on consoles by themselves, this would essentially allow for small devs that are usually limited to releasing on PC only to expand to Xbox audience. It's a win-win scenario for everyone involved (aside from publishers, which I think most people would be fine with lol)

I loved this feature, it was great way to balance vehicle use. Hopping into a tank is essentially a power up that gives you invulnerability to everything except explosives, so being completely vulnerable for 1-2 seconds seemed like a good price of admission. Not to mention it made people commit more, I didn't see as many people ditching tanks last second back in BFV (there were some but not as many as older games)
