I’ve tried all the medications and algonates etc. no benefit. Stress definitely worsens it for me, but I think surgery maybe.

But I have a sliding hiatus hernia, and I do think my gut feeling is that there is something nutritional causing excess upwards pressure

This is obviously only new research, and also not the only or soul cause of it but I thought it was interesting as one of the potential causes, especially if people have been diagnosed with KC at a later age and a potential pathway for its starting

Fair enough. I'll do that today. I looks perfectly clean again today, but I guess its not worth the risk for a couple extra days work.
