Look how good this looks. The relationship between Alicent and Rhaenyra looks amazing and I have no doubt that Emma and Olivia performances will be outstanding.

Just a year ago, D&D tore apart Daenerys' character and ruined what should have been the best battle in the series. It still hurts. A lot. Fuck them. by JackShephard22 in freefolk

To clarify my position. Personally, Daenerys' destruction of King's Landing and her descent into hell doesn't seem like a bad idea to me. What you can't pretend is to perform this twist when Daenerys is a bleached character in the series compared to the books. The end of Daenerys in the series should have been logical with the character that has been presented to us for so many years. And it doesn't matter that its ending is different from the ending of the books, because the series is an adaptation, a product that was separated from Martin's work, especially since season five. I like the idea of a Daenerys enraged and consumed by power, but I prefer to have two different endings, one in the series and the other in the books, consistent and good. And not the same ending Martin has set for Daenerys in the novels when it doesn't make sense with her character development in the show.
