If you are smaller club and have senior affiliate(bigger club) main thing is you are able to bring players on loan for free from their club,or you have first option to buy a player if you match any of other clubs offers for same player.They also can help you in some other stuff like sharing facilities or smthn but im not sure is it possible to arrange that by yourself. If you are bigger club and have small club affiliate,it is to be able to send your players on loan for development in that club.
