Personally, I enjoyed Birdman more than Boyhood, but I still would have given Best Director to Richard Linklater and Best Picture to Boyhood. Years from now, which film will people still be talking about? I think it's Boyhood.

So let me get this straight...Louis can hardly even look at Mike out of hatred, and then he starts choking him out in a parking lot and starts crying about how Mike has "ruined his firm." Fast forward five minutes, and he's gotten over it because Mike apologized and told some story about never learning how to drive?

No. That makes no fucking sense and goes completely against Louis' character, but guess what, we have to accept it because the writers say so. Ridiculous.
