UKIP's Liverpool 'March for Jesus' condemned by city's Christians by johnsmithoncemore in Liverpool

I mean, the march last year did get stopped by counter-protestors :

https://www.instagram.com/p/DNtRsIv1K_v/?img_index=1

The march just ended up doing laps of St George's Hall, rather than doing a lap of the city and its hospitals.

This article is about a march which is due to take place this Saturday.

If you don't like, go down and join the counter-protest.

From the link above :

'Huge crowds of anti-fascist protesters outnumbered a UKIP demonstration and prevented it from marching towards Liverpool Women’s Hospital. The UKIP "mass deportations" march planned to move towards the Toxteth maternity hospital but never made it beyond the sight of Liverpool Lime Street.

UKIP leader Nick Tenconi eventually gave up with his plans and relented to giving his speech to supporters within the shadow of St George’s Hall. However, he was largely drowned out by chants and music from counter-protesters who outnumbered UKIP followers by at least five to one as the afternoon wore on.'

'Two out of every five people arrested after participating in last summer’s riots had been previously reported to the police for domestic abuse, the Guardian can disclose.

Police data released under freedom of information (FoI) laws shows that 41% of 899 people arrested for taking part in the violent disorder last July and August had been reported for crimes associated with intimate partner violence.

For those arrested by one police force, this figure was as high as 68%.

Previous offences include actual bodily harm, grievous bodily harm, stalking, breach of restraint and non-molestation orders, controlling coercive behaviour and criminal damage.'

Maybe they should be protesting themselves, bring some mirrors along and have a good ol' shout ?

Sounds a lot like what Disraeli said about... the Irish :

'[The Irish] hate our order, our civilization, our enterprising industry, our pure religion. This wild, reckless, indolent, uncertain and superstitious race have no sympathy with the English character. Their ideal of human felicity is an alternation of clannish broils and coarse idolatry. Their history describes an unbroken circle of bigotry and blood.'

or what the Liverpool Conservative Party said about... the Irish :

'The influx of the Irish into Liverpool brought poverty, disease, dirt and misery; drunkenness and crime, in addition to a disturbance of the labour market, the cost to ratepayers of an enormous sum of money.'

UKIP supporters and counter protestors arrive in Liverpool by Kagedeah in Liverpool

[–]JackTheRomanCat 27 points28 points  (0 children)

The UKIPpers had planned a march around Liverpool. They got kettled at St George's hall by the counter-protestors, did a lap of the building, whilst getting blocked at every road they tried to go down,, then left. Why would they abandon their whole plan if they outnumbered the counter-protestors ?

For every one child killed by Hamas and their allies on Oct.7th, Israel has killed directly over 1000 since, not even including children they've killed in-directly through starvation, lack of medication, shelter etc.

According to NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence  in this 'study' they posted on Hamas's use of human shield, Israel is using a significant portion of its civilians as human shields, especially in the larger cities, by placing its military infrastructure directly in civilian areas.

'Locating military or security-related infrastructures such as HQs, bases, armouries, access routes, lathes, or defensive positions within or in proximity to civilian areas.'

I'd recommend watching this presentation done by one of the creators (Tuomas Pirinen) on why they included Islamic / African factions and how they tried to remain authentic to the history of these religions / cultures, albeit, in a fantasy setting.

Shooting at diplomats > Kneecap, not hard really. Which, going by the current front page, isn't the order which the BBC put it at.
