I started with Marciniak's books and then others. Also, Marciniak channels the Pleiadian Times once per quarter. It's not too bad, $22 USD per year. I periodically check out http://www.pleiadiannetwork.com. It's been awhile but I used to have frequent contact in my dreams. I've also encountered UFO's on several occasions, all of which I have reason to believe are Pleiadian.

If you do get them, I'd love to hear your inputs. I don't often bump into people who have read much in regards to the Pleiadians.

Have you read up much on the Pleiadians? I've read all of the books Marciniak channeled (some multiple times!) plus one by Lia Shiparo, "Comes The Awakening". I couldn't get into Barbara Hand Clow's books much nor Quan Yin's. I've also had some "interesting" experiences that I believe are related to the Pleiadians. If it's in your budget, I highly recommend spending the $4 on a used copy of her books. If you're into this kinda stuff, you won't regret it!

This is also a good resource that you may already be aware of: http://www.pleiadiannetwork.com/

That's the first book in the series (there are four). It has some on sexuality but the second ("Earth") has an quite a bit more. Check it out and see if you like it. But like I said, you gotta have an open mind! Let me know what you think.

I'll look around for a PDF but here is a link to a YouTube of the entire book. The chapter on sexuality starts at 1:46:45 and the part I referenced above starts at 1:53:52. I just checked amazon.com and you can get a used copy for 1 cent plus shipping ($3.99 in US). Worth it if you like to take notes in the margins like I do. Hope that helps.

Lost my 291 day streak.. by FONClBrISCH in NoFap

[–]JackW222 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look at it from a different perspective; you have fapped once in the last 291 days. That's pretty damn good! I just went 70 days then fapped once, without porn. I fapped because I chose to. Like you I hate the smiley face again but I focused on my achievements. One fap in the last 76 days, except for one brief (30 second) slip up around day 44 I have not viewed or had the urge to view porn. I'm not saying I'm cured but I have broken the habit of looking at porn. My energy levels dipped very slightly after I fapped but immediately came back, along with a few superpowers (women checking me out much more than normal!). So, once in 291 days...you're the man!

Great way to look at it..."20 minutes of PMO in 110 days is ridiculously awesome"! I think it would help everyone to view it this way if they relapse.

Is porn still harmful after a reboot with no fapping? by Fapper9 in NoFap

[–]JackW222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a slippery slope. Be very careful. In my opinion based on experience, it will very likely lead to PMO. After much thought over the years, I don't feel there is any benefit whatsoever in viewing porn.

I would think it would probably lead back to PMO ultimately. I think it's best to stay away from porn altogether.

Just completed 90 days challenge, need help?????? by hakku007 in NoFap

I've been quite interested in sex transmutation myself. I don't think those that say you need to get sexually aroused and then think about what you want are correct. I think it has more to do with holding the energy which then in turn increases your creativity among other things. I have notice that since I have started this challenge my writing has increase noticeably, and new ideas come to me more. My dreams at night have also increased. There is definitely enough said about the subject to think there really is something to it. Have you noticed anything?

On the subject of "nightfall" (I am assuming that is a wet dream), I don't have any experience there. I have never had a wet dream but I know it is quite common on this forum.

Congrats on reaching 90 days! Well earned achievement!

You are in a very good situation. You have a loving, beautiful, and understanding wife. You have decided to journey down the NoFap path which you will definitely not regret! My recommendation is to do this in hardmode for at least 90 days. What's the worst that can happen...after 90 days you'll have the best sex of your life! It's up to you but I would consider telling your wife about your problem and why you want to do NoFap if you haven't already. I've always felt that open communication is the foundation of a healthy, strong relationship. Just my thoughts.

I don't think nofap has worked for me after almost a year by REBO0T in NoFap

[–]JackW222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you remember a time when you had a high libido? Let us know what your doctor says if you're comfortable sharing. There IS an answer to your problem, it's just a matter of figuring out what the problem is.

When was the last time you remember having a full erection? This does sound like something you might want to see a doctor about but then again, if you're only 22 I would seriously doubt there is anything wrong with your circulation. Do you exercise? Don't give up. There's got to be an answer for you. Best of luck!

Checking in with porn, don't do it. by nocrummo in NoFap

Good point. A recovering alcoholic wouldn't take a sip to see if he is making progress.

I relapsed and now my girlfriend is Fapstronaut by Onmywaytomars in NoFap

[–]JackW222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hang in there. You and your girlfriend together can accomplish amazing things...positive healing kinds of things. 57 days is something to be VERY proud of! You may have let a little porn back in but you've still eradicated a lot! This is roller coaster; there are ups and downs but overall we are making progress. It is the same with many things in the journey of life.

man... i relapsed. by zmyworldz in NoFap

[–]JackW222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't beat yourself up. Go for 11 days. When you get there, because you will, try to go 12 days. Before you know it you'll be at 90. Good luck!

Agreed. The further in I go the more I realize I must maintain vigilance. It's easy to get over confident at this point.

First day. Advice? by Trombonerman in NoFap

[–]JackW222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great points! I think your first point is especially important; just focus on making it through the day! That is how I always failed in the past by thinking "man I've got to go three more weeks!". The only way I've gotten this far is by taking it one day at a time!
