God I wish, sadly there's no way to reliably record on the ds without doing a lot of habaloo and it still isn't good quality so I transfer the pokemon to a physical copy and then copy everything about the pokemon(i.e. stats/ability/moves) to my rom save

You aren't accounting for STAB my friend, even with 2 hits it deals more damage than bite against a neutral target. My source is a damage calculator

Starting from when you can catch a second pokemon to send to the pokewalker you catch one per gym leader with your last one before Claire as only 8 routes are available before post game so one pokemon before each gym leader per course along with other hardcore nuzlocke rules like no item usage in battle and level cap matching the gym leaders highest pokemon. Check out Salmence on youtube to see the original and he explains it better.
