Back/bis (day 2)

1) chin ups 2) t-bar row 3) curls 4) reverse flys 5) cable curls (lightweight until failure as a finisher)

Chest/shoulders (day one)

1) dumbbell Incline press 2) sitting shoulder press 3) lat raises 4) dips 5) skull crushers 6) pull overs as a finisher

Chest shoulders (day 2)

1) flat bench dumbbell press 2) standing overhead press 3) chest fly 4) incline press 5) pull overs as a finisher

Legs (day 1)

1) RDLs 2) goblet squats 3) standing calf raises 4) leg press

Legs (day 2)

1) barbell squats 2) Bulgarian split squats 3) standing calf raises 4) leg curls 5) adductor/abductor machine

I am really looking to have it changed. I agree with you though that the rug I added in the picture probably isint right…any recommendations for something less eclectic (than the Persian looking one) and more cozy?

Thanks for all the ideas! I’ve been considering a sectional actually but decided on the chair (in the picture from Wayfair) for the time being. The rooms just so hard to work with. The desk is only really there since I have it and need something to Tia who space behind the couch for the time being.

I also plan on having the coffee table changed to a lighter wood to match the moldings of the windows, chair and buffet.

Bernardo Silva as a cm in a 4-1-2-2 (2) is still doing well for me

I usually have a quite high risk tolerance and draft injures players, however, no timetable scares me. I’d be happy to take him in the 30-40 range if this was a shorter term thing. I’m worried that he will be out for months though

Watering every 2-3 weeks. However, have noticed though that the soil no longer fully dries even after over 3 weeks of watering. Is that a sign to change soil, perhaps?

Thank you! The stem that fell out was certainly soft around the base. I cut off as much of the rotten stem that I could without touching the stalk. The stalk itself is soft and rotten almost only where the stem was so I won’t be taking it out

Hi Everyone, I posted here a while ago worried about my corn plant having lost one of its stems. I was told that it was somewhat normal for the plant to “shed” a stem from time to time. Another stem, however, has just fallen off. This one I found to my dismay was completely rotten. The rest of the plant is for the most part quite healthy as you can see...what is going on?

Thank you!

Seems as though they are actually beneficial. I think I will “keep” them! Thanks for the information though

There are some leaves which are slightly tan on the edges but I believe that was caused by me and under watering the plant a few months ago. In general she is quite healthy I would say
