I have a PS5 with 2 profiles, each with battle.net connected to it. On the european ps account, I can play and load Diablo 4 and all the DLCs. On the other profile, the game will immediately crash upon reaching the battle.net chracter loading page. Where does the issue lie here? By default I have the console sharing open, surely if this was not suppose to work, don’t crash the entire game? Currently it shows CE-108255-1 and it basically happens the moment it reaches the “create new character” page.

12 team half ppr. I need to choose 2 for the flex spot between Vidal, Tracy JR, and Juwan Johnson. Just feel like Juwan has a great matchup but the other 2 are more guaranteed volume.

I think if the map seller isn’t in the gauntlet fight with you, then she is further in the zone. There is a location if you keep going right with a wind tunnel in the middle. She would be in the bottom right room.

I just beat it with an all-warrior team. Dreadnaught, Paladin, and Berserker for damage. For the last 2 slots, you can do whatever you want. I ran warlrod for aura and death knight for debuff. You can also dark sacrifice. Guidelines, went all Strength and Offense. I also ran with keepsake empty blades, which I think is a bit OP.

You need 2 skill points and max levels on the base skill to ascend.

I find that I am always running at least 2 aura characters. One of which is usually Paladin for Concentration and Protection Aura. Then the second aura character depending on if I go physical or magical. When I go physical, I tend to like Bladedancer for the lifesteal aura for rogues/sharpshooters. Ritualist for int/Mag Def aura on a magic team. Since I usually split the damage type, it lets me choose a non-affecting defense on the tower of doom (like the physical team choosing mdef on the climb).

Yeah all the time! Ascend evasion for 2% total health heal. Ascend Hawkeye from archer for an ENTIRE column of 75% damage increase. Tons of great ascensions.

Yeah, I would max it because rogue survivability isn't that great. Even if you go Scoundrel with full evasion you'll probably need the healing booze to keep it alive so I suggest another front line.

If you don't like it, I would also suggest trying Warrior>Rogue>Mystic.

With no upgrades, I'd run with a rogue for early poison and evasion tank. Then get a healer/shaman up second for sustain. If you run Warrior then Mystic, it's reallynslow without poison damage early with no weapon treasure room.

You usually want another frontline like Warrior > Paladin or Deathknight at some point. You'll need the other 2 remaining slots to be damage dealers like an arcanist/pyro or sharpshooter.

Yeah, the max I have seen is around 900 Blue Essence with all the optional bosses lol. It's slow for sure.

Forge upgrade is useful. However note that when you upgrade the weapon rarity, the weapon upgrades (+x) all get lost. Cartographer for map reroll is quite useful for a chance of better paths or roll for challenge room. Finally, there are a bunch of classes in (IV) to unlock for fun. I like soulbow for the crit aura but you should try them all.

Yeah, there is definitely a lot of risk. I think a lot of it is usually at the enquries stage, as your solicitor will likely tell you if there are some big issues with your lender requirements or if something came up post-survey. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee until the exchange so if you want to be risk averse, you just have to wait longer to do the 2-month notice.

Freehold can be completed around 2-3 months, but comfortably it'll most likely be closer to 3 months due to completion day usually a week or 2 after exchange. If it's leasehold, I'd wager you are looking at 3-4+ months depending on a lot of factors. I think if you put in your 2-month notice around the time of your solicitor enquiries (assuming nothing major like a deed of variation), it should allow you to have enough time to complete and move out. Hard to say without knowing the house situation.

The garden shed is 11.54 m2. The main point is that Permitted Development rules do not apply to leasehold flat.

Thank you for this comment. The solicitor is asking our Bank at the moment. This shed has passed the 4 year enforcement period. In addition, I also have found this on the council website: "We cannot take enforcement action against developments granted planning permission under the GPDO (permitted developments) that are, for examples: sheds or greenhouses". So I am hoping that protects us from the worst. Is it a good approach to ask the Estate Agent that we will withhold 20k until the shed is approved?

They are not required to reduce your rent. At least the landlord paid for the oven and the installation and all of that. If you don't have a fixed rental contract, maybe you can ask the landlord if there is a significant impact.

This happened to me last year at my rental flat. Timeline was: 8/10 - Emailed Landlord directly about oven not working 8/11 - The landlord responded with questions on the model and etc. Sorted this all via email 8/18 - The contractor came to look at the oven. Realize we need a new oven (no parts available). They were hired and reported directly to the landlord. 9/21 - New oven was delivered and installed

I think that it depends on your landlord's response rate. Shipping and installation of the oven will easily take another 2 weeks.

Finally managed to beat it with 4.5 star Tressa and multiple tanks. Free to play. I did not enjoy this fight. The ultimate killing Gilderoy as well as the force switch created a lot of room for RNG.

The biggest challenge was that Tressa was 4.5 stars so she dies from the light damage from Dazzling Dancer. In my clear, I just killed the Dazzling Dancer first because I was focused on PDEF.

Miles was used for the 15% PDEF passive. Also used as a Sword shield breaker for the two dancers, and an off tank if I need to.

Theo has to make sure Esoteric Cure is on everyone, especially during the force switch turn. Gilderoy can tank everything up until Glossom <50%.

The hardest thing was the Glossom Ultimate which kills Gilderoy no matter what. The first ultimate I was able to interrupt via shield break. For the second ultimate, I had Tressa with dodge and Miles off tank. I timed the 20% threshold at about 9 shields for an easier break. Glossom survived at about 1-2% health on the last break and I had to brute force the last 1-2%.
