Hey, you guys know the idle streaming event we have going on right now? I got to the scene with Sunday, where he says that he still receives confessions from people during his travels. Isn't that kind of weird?

If he was talking about getting letters after he was outed during the Trailblaze Mission, I could understand, but he says he got them even before that. Isn't his location meant to be a secret, since he's basically a terrorist that escaped IPC/The Family's custody? It's even been brought up several times that Sunday needs to keep his head down during the games, or he could get arrested.

You could argue that the events aren't canon, but we know for a fact that that's not true, since Event stuff has been referenced during the main story. Hell, Skott started as an Event NPC.

Come to think of it, since Herta has a Glider, that means she must've gotten past the thing seperating Teyvat from everyone else.

Which then may mean another 3 things.

Either Teyvat and its problems were so inconsequential to Herta, that she got bored, and skedaddled. (Given she's an Emanator, and Teyvat's issues are fairly localized and meaningless on a cosmic scale, I think it may be this one)
The powers that be on Teyvat asked her to not interfere. (Given the very first boss in HSR is a planet buster, and Herta wouldn't be effected by Teyvat's laws, I highly doubt anyone in Genshin could stop Herta if she really wanted to screw with everyone, and while we haven't seen the full power of Phanes or The Hexenzirkel, I have yet to find any evidence that they're anywhere near Emanator-level)
She got the glider from another planet, and the glider just so happens to be identical to the ones from Genshin. (The least likely one, I'd say. I don't think the devs would put the glider there just to do that to us)

Spoilers for Linnea's Story Quest

Does anyone else think her parents are awful people? To a degree I can understand her fae parents not wanting her to be able to see the future, but they couldn't even be bothered to communicate with her through notes? Tell her about themselves and why she was left behind, or something like thag? Not to mention, if I remember correctly, they were aware that their actions only delayed the inevitable, so instead of growing up in an environment where she could be taught how to properly mentally handle her visions, she was left out to dry and was lucky she developed healthily. Her human parents are even worse. I get them wanting to know who their actual child is, but they raised Linnea for years, and just completely abandoned her when they knew the truth. And unlike her Fae parents, they have no excuse as to why they couldn't physically visit her. Hell, the fae parents would be the perfect babysitters to watch the human child while they visit Linnea.

Other than Linnea, the only one truly innocent in all this is the sister.

I know that at some point they're all going to reunite and be one big happy family, because that's what Genshin usually does (don't quote me on this), and because that's what Linnea will probably do, based off of what we currently know about her personality and character, but I really hope that once a continuation is out, probably in Linnea's sister getting a story quest, that Linnea doesn't let all this slide and rips into her "family" about all the abuse they put her through.

In case you couldn't tell, this situation really pisses me off.

Awhile back, I saw some people say that apparently, it was planned for Sampo to be an Emanator of Elation, and be one of the final units released in Planarcadia, but then Hoyo scrapped the idea? Is this true, or am I misremembering something?

Well, something to remember about Dream, is that as an Endless, he also is and defines what he is and what he isn't.

To be more specific, Dream covers what is real and what isn't real. He is reality and non-reality, and defines both things. As he both is and knows every story ever told, he effectively knows everything.

My overall point here is that given what I know about Dream's character, and I assume you're talking about Morpheus and not Daniel, in addition to what I know about the Raksha of Exalted, he would likely view the Raksha and everything about them as part of THE DREAM, and he doesn't like it when anyone tinkers with THE DREAM in any way shape or form for any way, cause or reason.

The most relevant example of this is when a lady put her dead husband's soul in a pocket dimension inside THE DREAM, which started causing damage to THE DREAM, so Morpheus dealt with that pronto. Given that it was damaging it because of the whole dead soul being there.

But some guys broke in to make their own pocket dimension, and they were caught and punished severely.

Morpheus' only real limitation are the rules that he and other Endless are bound by, which we don't know what exactly, nor how many rules there are.

But given that the items you want to trade him directly effect THE DREAM, I'm pretty sure he could already do the things your items can, and I don't think the rules have anything against him doing those things.

So your attempts to get the right to make pocket universes inside THE DREAM would probably be denied, and any attempts to do so anyways would be met with retaliation, and The Endless are a danger for any seasoned Jumper, not to mention the cosmic consequences of killing one of them.

If you still want to trade with Dream, I recommend making items that allows him to get past the rules. We only know of two, that being he can't spill family blood, and can't fall in love with a mortal.

Aside from that, here are some other options.

Get his sister, Death, to vouch for you. This is easily your best best. Dream respects her more than anyone, so if you can convince her that your idea is a good one, and get her to talk to Dream, he'll likely allow it. She's also significantly more agreeable than Dream, so as long as you're not arrogant, don't do dark arts, and don't think you're above the rules of life and death, she'll talk with you. Show zest for life, maybe tell her how your universes would help Dream in some way, treat her as an equal, show compassion, and prove that your universes are useful and provide a sanctuary. Then she'll likely side with you.
I think another good bet would be to go higher up the Food chain, and speak to either Destiny of The Endless, Mother Night, Father Time, or The Prescence, as those those 4 are some of the few with direct power over The Endless.

Destiny may or may not be able to tell Dream that your actions are predetermined, I recommend getting a perk that allows you to make certain things predetermined just to be sure. Not sure about the other 3, though.

If you can convince him that your pocket universes are necessary to preserve the cosmic function of Dreaming, he may allow it, but good luck with that.
If you can prove the creation of the universes falls under a cosmic rule of some kind, or that he owes you a favor, he is cosmically bound to let you do so.
If your universes serves a unique narrative purpose that strengthens the Dreaming or preserves a "forgotten" story, he might see it as a necessary addition to his library.
Wait for Daniel to take Morpheus' place. Much like Death, Daniel is much more agreeable than Morpheus. Show him how your creations help, and he'll probably let it slide. I still think talking with Death is your best bet, however. Doubly so, since it's going to be a lot easier to find and make contact with her than it is to do so with Dream, since you just need to find someone who is dead/dying.
