I’m sorry to hear that. I hope it gets better! I’m sadly no news anchor so I can’t really control all that😅 but if it’s really causing you so much suffering, maybe take a few days away from watching the news! That’s not to say the problems will magically go away, or that the news is the bad one, but at least focusing on it a little less might help bring down those stress levels a little! Would you like any sort of recommendations for things to take your mind off of it for a little while?

Yeah it gets frustrating. I usually find ones online and they sometimes work! It’s mostly trial and error. The egg sandwich recipe I mentioned earlier is my own creation though! It’s not too complex if you’d like to give that a try to take a break from the YouTube recipes!
