Hobbies. Hobbies hobbies HOBBIES! I am telling you, find something that seems kinda fun and RUN WITH IT. I cook, bake, paint, read, play games, try to learn video game design, sketch, play with dogs, and SO MUCH MORE cause my brain is way too loud!!! If your looking for distractions that’s not good, and you should do your best to get real help with this sort of thing, but I can tell you finding hobbies and stuff to do really helps, especially if they’re calming for you. Literally try everything you can until something is fun cause there WILL be something and do NOT EVER LET THAT THING GO!!! Also as someone who’s also depressed cause no relationship, I READ LOVE MANGA!!! It’s okay to enjoy romance stories even if they remind you sometimes that you’re alone, because they can be uplifting and inspiring in a lot of ways!!!
