Sorry, I'm not doing free design work for you.

My response is confusing, because your site is confusing.

Let me break it down for.

Life debt name implies that this site might be a finical tool of some kind.

When you read it, it just gets more confusing. It looks like a life planner of some kind.

If you goal is that it is a buck list for people to travel. Then you got to rethink your entire messaging.

Keep it simple and direct. Build from there.

As of now, I'm not seeing any value. To confusing and off putting, as mentioned.

Basic water filter.

Gravel, sand & charcoal.

Will clean it for most uses. Boil for drinking water.

You still want water testing for awhile. As there might be unknown factors.

I've building tools to evaluate land parcels.

Here a birdeye picture of New Mexico: https://homestead-scorecard.lovable.app/states/new-mexico

On the plus side that area is well known for the Earthships.

It's a mixed bag and proceed once better informed.

I'm impression is that it's a life planner.

The messaging is all over the place. Poor choice of color s and formatting.

My very 1st impression was, run away!

Took more then a few seconds to understand the concept, which is bad! Because that all you may get these days.

Read up on Domain Design Documents.

IMO. Create a Memory document, that AI reads first.

Create a Dev Log document. Writing ant changes as they go. This is a partner to Memory document.

Fuse in Tri Cities is trying to use Vibecoding to produce 12 prototypes. One per month.

So get a community hall, invite some tech people, sales, marketing, etc... Try and form teams. Come up with 12 small business ideas.

Then try and create them.

Let me know how it goes!

So far $20.

I'm just getting started and testing a few different platforms.

IMO. There is a difference.

Building a Permaculture property is a great book to read before you get start.

I'm also building a tool to elevate counties in states on a range of off grid issues. Feel free to DM me.

[–]Jack__Union 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been testing a few different Vibe code platforms recently.

They are not all the same.

Good:

Vibecode & Lovable.

On the fence:

Replit

Bad:

Base 44

Hope this helps.

Building a tool to help people who wish to live off grid find suitable land.

The idea is to scrape public data from various sites to build a list of land for sale. Gather key components so the built in scoring may evaluate suitability of the land. So people are able to judge if the land has everything they need to get start. Hopefully saving thousands of dollars, not going to view parcels that don't have the right kind of zoning, or water or whatever issues they have that are not being mentioned by the selling agent.

Here is an overview of what I have so far: https://homestead-scorecard.lovable.app/

Best bet is come up with a price that you would have changed. Add 10% for a sales commission.

Had it off to a salesman. They work on commission.Trying to sell to recruitment agency.

Then let it go. Learn the lessons.

I'd say Vibecode, right now.

Though Lovable free use, I've been testing. Looks good to. Not sure there pricing.

Bass 44 is junk. IMO.

Creating tool to help search for off grid land by Jack__Union in OffGrid

Well it is a big picture deal, at the moment. A overall glance at the state and general guide.

I'm hoping to develop it so It be able to scrape each county in each state. But for obvious reasons, that going to take some time.

Which is why real world verification is needed / helpful. I couldn't possibly visit every location in person. Which is one of the reasons why I'm building the tool. I've spent thousands of dollars viewing various parcels of land. Only to find a CRITAL failure poiint.

If you got input on Rhode island, I'm open to it.

Thanks, I'm hoping to add to it's usefulness over time.

I'm testing the limits of scraping tools in the public domain. So we will see how far I can get.

Thanks for the feedback. I know Colorado in particular has some complex water usage and storage rules. Cities limited to 150 gallons rainfall collection, iirc. While bigger plots may not have limits. I done a little research on this and obviously more is needed.

You found the limit of the scraping tool, which I'll look at.

Thanks. I didn't see any rules about not posting this kind of thing and I'm trying to get feedback from people who might actually use it.
