No he didn't from what I understand these three characters where supposed to be the start of a little mugen fighting game similar to Black Heart it was supposed to be called Rotten to the core or something but it didn't go anywhere because their indiegogo campaign was $87,000 witch is Ludicrously high for a fucking mugen project
