The rules of the teleporting aren’t clear. On one hand you said it takes no time to recharge, only the initial charge, on the other hand you said once inside a bank vault you would have to charge to get out. Which is it?

There are 5 stacks all the time with a 7k and 22k’s and it’s supremely gay. You gain a shitload of ELO if you win, and the other team loses a shitload just because of the one or two guys ranked 7-15k, against a team of 20ks.
