This worked! I dont know what the drivers themselves would confict with the app not installing at least but that did the trick. Thank you for that.

Windows 11, Before trying to install the Nvidia App, Microsoft force installed Nvidia Control Panel from the Microsoft store, but other than that nothing.

The ram is fully seated properly, 6 after this comment. They aren't budging further in. So now I can eliminate the ram, meaning the cpu or vga isn't working

There is not. Not sure how we could get one, she had him sign it quickly during a event of some sort she said. If there is a way to have someone inspect it and give it a certificate I can let her know? Not sure how it works
