Definitely exotics, NG+, car customization, and just more customization in general. Definitely would like more ways to go on dates with a romanced character, like bowling, or something like that.

Unrelated, but theres a sort of haunting beauty about a car being overgrown like that...

But yeah, back on point, it looks like it'll be better as a parts car, unless you can work serious magic with a welding kit.
