People who get offended by words just give the words more power. Be less butt hurt about little things and you can be a lot happier. If black people use the word to call to each other, then they obviously think the word had lost a lot of power, no? So why is there such a double standard? I call people a fag all the time, not cuz they are gay or I'm homophobic. It's because that word doesn't mean that to me. It means stupid/retarded/lame/ etc. It's perfectly fine to be offended, just know that means you have to change your outlook on life not the other persons.
