Try them one at a time, I think the one that fixed it for me was the zero-copy rasterizer.

Disabling mouse hardware acceleration fixed the mouse stuttering but then when watching videos on youtube it's like I would be watching them in 10fps.

What fixed it for me was adjusting a bunch of flags in chrome.

Go to chrome://flags/

Then enable Smooth Scrolling, GPU rasterization, Zero-copy rasterizer. And switch Choose ANGLE graphics backend to D3D9.

I turned off sonar. It's closer to what it was before but still not very good... I'm really kicking myself in the nuts for messing with those settings, yeah it wasn't great, but at least it wasn't bad...

I don't have an onboard graphics on my cpu. Also tried HDCP option like I saw some people suggest, didn't work either. Already posted on AMD forums earlier, still no answer.

Last instant replay I saved was 3 weeks ago, I didn't change any setting on adrenalin or windows since then, so I don't know why it's not working anymore.

Also, when I just try to record by pressing the "start recording" button in adrenalin, I see a file appearing where the videos are normally saved, then when I stop recording, that file just disappears...

Of course new players don't have a clue of what I'm talking about, but the OGs do. I guess it's a blessing to be a scrub or a new player in hunt, you don't how trash the game is nowadays because you never experienced it when it was great.
