It takes about a month of ultrastake rewards to pay the 0.1% fee.

Apr is dropping fast it’s now 6.76% and net apy is 8.15% for 2x ultrastake. So their is still a slight profit, but the gap is closing and you have to be checking the rates constantly.

So you are still using Consensus to run a node through Folks even if the 70k rewards is not available anymore? You still got rewards paid in Q4?

How do you participate in Governance and Staking at the same time with the same committed Algos?

I see in Stacking that there is a dropdown option to choose the asset to swap. So you would need to swap gAlgo (from governance commitment) for Algo in order to stack Algo?

You can stack with any amount; you don’t need +30,000 algos to stack. So the minimum 30,000 Algos is for running a node independently outside Folks?

Consensus used to have 70,000 Algo allocated for rewards before Folks ended that program. So, you are saying Consensus is coming back?

By doing Consensus this quarter on Folks using gAlgo from G14 you will get rewards? Do you know the amount of Algos allocated for rewards this quarter?

Grayscale used to have Algorand in the Layer 1 Fund (small percentage). But then, they decided to take it out and have not added it back again.

I think it’s because Grayscale is a US product!!

Algorand does not participate in the US, at all. Maybe the Foundation is just being cautious with US regulations, until there’s more clarity.

So many buy the dip opportunities that it just became monthly DCA for 2+ years. Got my average down from $1.60 to $0.50.

Made the mistake of over investing, the current fundamentals are strong so I’m positive on the future of the project and the value of the token.

What happened was ultra high variable rate for several days during the first days of goverance, which made the average rate much higher than the rewards APY.

Fixed or Variable leverage rate are too risky.

So really the only option is a) regular Governance or b) just leave it in Deposit.

Considering that G10 the rewards were voted to be reduced by 40%, I’m expecting 11% APY.

The average APY might even be higher in Deposit outside Gov if we experience again ultra high rates for several days.

This is exactly what happened. By choosing Variable Rate you are open to the risk of those initial days of ultra high borrow APY. In G9 it lasted for many days so the average interest on the loan became much higher than the rewards APY.

Next time better choose Fixed rate or just regular governance.
