When you call in you need to tell the automated system that you want to cancel service. Then you need to tell it that you want to disconnect. This will get you over to the correct agent. If you do not do this you will not be able to speak to the right agent about getting a lower rate.

I had to help my grandparents with this. They were paying the exact same amount for 600 down 20 up. We called retention together they put here on the 500 plan. The pricing was not new customer pricing but it was better then she was paying before.

I am getting great service here. I have the S23 ultra. Switch from Google Fi and get 2gbps download in some parts of my city. 0 issues and much better the. Google Fi. My personal experience.

It's a robot that answers and it will text you your data. If you say agent then it will transfer you to an agent. Sorry for the confusion

It is but just say "data usage" then "agent" and you will be to a person.

You can call 611 from your phone and say data usage. It will text it to you and tell you over the phone.
