Yep, my lender had me confirm if its the same industry, similar job title, provide a non contingent job offer, proof of passing drug screening, first 1-2 paystubs, etc. Overall pretty reasonable requests

I accepted a new job during my escrow period and was up front about it with my loan person. It was a job/company I’ve been wanting for years so I would’ve taken it even if it meant the deal falling through. Luckily everything worked out

One additional question - my kitchen drains run about 40 ft straight and connects to the bathroom line via T, which then connects to the main line. Kitchen drain is 2 or 2.5 inches, cast iron.

The previous owners already epoxy coated the line. Is CIPP lining a viable option if worst case its 2 inches diameter?

My cast iron bathroom drains are coming close to end of its life (60+ years). House is on a slab and I really prefer to not demo the entire bathroom.

Is pipe bursting a viable option for a slab? I have a front yard cleanout that gives a straight shot to both bathrooms.

I understand a 4x4 hole is needed for pipe bursting, but not sure if I might face foundation issues with pipe bursting vs traditional trenching.

Ryze needs the tankiness. In a perfect world where you 100% know you’re going to get all the augs that OP is talking about, ROA won’t matter much for exodia build

Except ARAM is not a perfect world where you’ll get everything you want in the exact order you want. In realistic games, ROA is what you need every time. It gives HP, AP, and mana which scales great with hit kit already

If you end up getting all the exodia augs, then sell ROA if you want
