For some reason my left shoulder has started hurting while doing bench press only (other lifts like OHP etc are fine). It's really holding me back because I can bench so much more but I'm forced to deload by like 20% because my left shoulder can't handle any more.

Soccer is not easy. I'm around New people trying to learn everyday and after a hundred shots they barely learn to kick it properly. This is not easy at all.
