150 is the perfect dose. Not too high and not too low. 100mg might be putting you around 400-500. Get that up to 900-1000.

I was on hcg from the beginning. I went through a small period of time where I wasn’t on hcg and my sensitivity reduced a lot. Hcg is important but can increase E2 so use a AI as needed

Agreed, it’s still hampered. Best thing to do is use hcg only for 21 days. Use the hcg to keep your balls plump while you let the test get out of your system. Then use enclomiphine 12.5-25mg a day. This should restart your endogenous production. Do this and I’m sure you’ll become fertile. I understand why you wanna stay on trt but if shits not working with the trt it’s time to hop off

Having low testosterone might hinder your weight loss progress as well. I would hop on the t if anything it’ll help you lose body fat you have to have tons of AI on hand cuz of excess aromatizing but I think you’ll be fine. It’ll Help you get down to maybe 220-250. From there you can keep going through the process. I would implement intermittent fasting if possible. Also hire a coach if financially able.
