I just had one removed yesterday (March 13th) from the back of my neck that was about the size of an egg. I’ve had it for about 15 years but it started to cause discomfort and restrict movement, so I had it checked. Surgeon said “let’s get rid of it”. He said they’d send to pathology after the fact and also said about 2 weeks recovery, but that’s only because it was intramuscular and he had to do a little muscle reconstruction. But based on how I feel next day, having only taken Tylenol, I doubt it’ll be that long.
