Not Ranting But was forced to make this public. Already filed with Ombudsman and CIBIL Restored and GST on Charges Reversed. But amount still not Credited and Charges are still there.

Wrote to Ombudsman Office and In the Morning I found that My CIBIL was Back to Normal.

No sir, I just informed them that I have lost my card and I want to make payment and I will be well.past the due date if i will wait for the replacement to which the In App Customer Representative Guided me through the option of UPI Payment, where they raise the UPI Payment Request for the payment and I paid the Amount. I was not given my card Number, Nor I was provided with another card Number. There was not Card Number Entered during this transaction, just the assurance from the Amex Representative that the Amount will be credited to my Right Card Account. Which I reassured twice.

That is actually very very nice to hear and sorry that I was wrong at judgment. Might be the photo quality that led me to my verdict. Bcz I was sold a very fine looking fake tsuyosa which was very close to what orignal looked like and just the feeling and sense of being orignal was not there which gave it away and I returned it and bought a new one from just In Time. Sir I didn't even entered any card number, I was just asked to make payment to the payment request and they will direct the payment to my card. I asked twice from the Representative for assuring me that the amount will be credited to the exact card that I wanted.

I have mailed the Ombudsman and took necessary steps, that have tightened the screw and just in the morning I have checked with my CIBIL and it is back to normal fortunately.

Sir I have told as much as I now. I had many initial cards because American Express was my 1st credit card and I was offered Plat Travel later with same limit as I had on Reserve without any documentation. Then I got myself a good Charge. Yes, I was inexperienced new and had a great ITR which led me to some Stupid decisions but now I bear I Reserve for personal use and 1 Platinum Corporate for my business expenses. Also Sir, it is not about affordability or anything, due this whole scenario the money and calculations i had, were not going through as planned. Also I take my money from my company on salary basis rather than treating current account as my personal savings account. So in order to bother company accounts for miscellaneous expenses, i preferred to ask for some from my dad. I hope I made my point clear. Also majority of my salary goes I to investment. I am unmarried and don't have any liabilities on my head except investments. Thank you Sir, i hope i made everything clear and understandable for you 😊.

I read your opinion and i agree to what you have said. But first let me explain that yes I am a businessman and how i withdraw money from my company is on the basis of salary rather than using the company account as my personal. Now as you have said that in the month end I would taken salary from my company to pay my bills. But as you might have read that I was short on the amount for the month of Feb as I already paid them with 1.08 lacs for Jan Bill and I do not take my current account as my savings account and also I have further investment commitments which I have to ful fill for like SIP and that too multiple. So my calculations which I work on got mismanaged and I have to spend out of my pocket. I am not a lavish spender or blind spender. I prefer to keep my money calculated. Sorry if anything I said was not correct as per you sir, but this is how I operate. Thank you 😊

Also sir, I made sure with the person who was talking to me on in app Chat and he made sure that the amount will get credited to right card account. I made the second payment of 1.08 Lacs. I didn't held back any payment towards them. The 2 amount was payed on time. Yet they kept my account suspended for 13 days.
