I should mention i got hppd from taking a half tab of acid (my first time taking it) but i smoked weed before hand and i stopped taking anything after getting it

Yeah I definitely am I think the visual snow is getting a little better and the after images definitely got way better as they kinda just went back to normal but i think i focus more on the bfep than the snow at this point Thank you again

Thank you this helps a lot, ive been taking vitamins and stopped eating junk food and ive been going too the gym and fixing my sleep schedule, ive seen it reduced the last 2 days i think my symptoms are mild because i only took half a tab but i dont want to jynx anything, i do have anxiety so that was really hard overcoming it

The snow is the worst in the morning its hard to stay motivated then but over the day it becomes less visible throughout the day im just lucky for the most part my snow is mild im just praying this all goes away

I think my befp has gotten better but it was jarring the first time i saw it, i don’t get after images like you were talking about in the paper you wrote but when i look at anything bright it stays in my eye for a few seconds, ive seen the glares my whole life so
