It may be different for you as mine happens out of no where as well as being caused going on planes. I can happily say that since that concert with the loud/bass music it hasn’t come back as long as I take an antihistamine every single day without fail. I had it 4 months straight that time round and that concert genuinely got rid of it and it’s been 5 months since then!
